Scope of Services
Coeus Intelligence Ltd provides professional investigation and intelligence services to corporate, legal, and private clients. All work is undertaken in accordance with UK law, regulatory requirements, and professional ethics.
Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed prior to instruction and may be time-based, task-based, or fixed-fee. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. VAT and disbursements are additional where applicable.
Confidentiality
All information obtained or provided shall be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of the agreed services. The duty of confidentiality continues indefinitely after completion of the engagement.
Data Protection
The Company complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). All personal data is processed lawfully, securely, and only as required to fulfil the agreed services.
Reports and Deliverables
Reports, evidence, and deliverables remain the property of Coeus Intelligence Ltd until full payment is received. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes and shall not be liable for client reliance on information beyond its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Coeus Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
